I'm not typically an outdoor person, but I do enjoy walking in the park in the morning when the sun isn't blazing hot (which is quite rare in SG, haha...)
Whenever my mind is in flux or I'm feeling stressed, I put on my sunblock and step out for a walk. I leave my AirPods at home and fully immerse myself in the sights and sounds along the way. This has a calming effect on me, reducing stress and anxiety.
Walking outdoors is more than just a form of physical exercise; it's a holistic activity that benefits the mind, body, and soul. It offers numerous practical benefits that contribute to a healthier and happier life. So, the next time you need a break, consider stepping outside for a walk.
